Instructions:

For the base soup with spelt patties, first make the base soup. To do this, cut all the ingredients, put them in cold water and infuse more than boil for 30-40 minutes. Then grind in a hand mixer, then add the garden herbs and butter. Finally, add the whipped cream. Decorate the soup in the plate with half a teaspoon of pumpkin seed oil.

For the spelt pancake, stir the spelt flour with mineral water, season the dough and spread it with a tablespoon on parchment paper (or a greased tray). Prick a few times with a fork.

Bake the patties in a heated oven at 220 °C for 15-20 minutes, turn them with a spatula to the other side and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Now cool on a wire rack.

As a supplement, pumpkin seeds, onions, sunflower seeds, garlic, sauerkraut or even beef ham can be used for the base soup with spelt patties.
