Prepare pumpkin, cut into evenly sized slices, season lightly with salt, pull a little bit and dab. Stir whipped cream with cheese, chives, egg yolk, salt and pepper, coat the pumpkin slices thickly with it on one side, assemble, turn in beaten egg white and bread flour on the other side and bake in hot oil until golden brown.
Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
