Homemade baby food – First complementary food.
For the pea-potato porridge, wash the potato, peel it and cut it into pieces. Put it in a little water over low heat. After a few minutes, add the frozen peas.
Cook until soft. Drain and collect the cooking water. Process with a hand blender to a fine puree and add a little vegetable cooking water, if desired. Now stir in butter or the oil.
If necessary, let the pea-pea mash cool down to eating temperature.
