For the autumn color wrap, warm the tortilla patties and spread with hummus. Spread the very thinly sliced red cabbage on top and drizzle with lemon juice.

Place the well drained, finely chopped soup vegetables (carrots orange and yellow, parsnips, celeriac, leeks…) on top and season with salt and pepper.
