Peel, core and quarter the apricots. Peel the mangos, cut the flesh from the core and cut into cubes. Make apricots and mango together with the ginger as well as the jelling sugar according to package instructions. Season with a little lemon juice and fill into hot rinsed jars (with twist off lids).
