A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Knead together butter, sugar, flour, egg, bitter almond oil and baking powder until smooth. Roll out 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of a greased cake springform pan (0 26 cm). Form the rest of the dough into a roll, place it as a border on the bottom, press it against the mold so that the border is 2 cm high. Remove the skin from the apples, cut them into thin slices and place them on the dough base. Boil the wine with sugar and thicken with the mixed custard powder. Pour the hot mixture over the apples. Put the tart in the oven and bake. Spread whipped cream on the cake, which has cooled for one night. Sprinkle with cinnamon as you like.
