For the scalloped cauliflower, cook the cauliflower in salted water until al dente, drain well and place in a baking dish. Spread the smoked meat on top. Mix egg with yogurt, salt and pepper and pour over the cauliflower.

Put the casserole dish in the oven and bake at 180 °C hot air for about 15 minutes, then add the cheese on top and put in the oven until the cheese has melted.
