Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Cut meat into large cubes, season with salt, season with pepper, fry in hot fat until brown. Fry finely chopped onions, add liquid and cook for 60 minutes until tender.
Halfway through cooking, add the beans cooked separately, the pearl onions glazed and the carrots cut into even pieces.
Once the meat is cooked, cook the sauce. Sauté the chopped mushrooms and the peeled tomatoes, cut into small pieces, for the last 10 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes
