Instructions:

Rinse the cauliflower, divide into roses and soften in salted water. Remove from the cooking water, drain and arrange on a platter.

Put cheese and whipping cream in a saucepan on the fire and stir to combine. Season to taste with freshly grated nutmeg and freshly ground pepper and pour over the hot cauliflower.
