For the eggnog cake, beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar until frothy, slowly adding the powdered sugar. Then stir in the oil and the eggnog.
Mix the flour, starch and baking powder together and slowly add to the above mixture. Mix until a smooth dough is formed. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan (loaf pan or loaf pan) and bake the eggnog cake at 175 degrees for about 90 minutes.
