A great cake recipe for any occasion:

100 g ghe (= clarified butter, similar to butaris) fat for for the mold.

Bring milk to a boil. Thicken at low temperature in an open saucepan, stirring continuously, until 3/8 liter of milk remains. This takes about 40 min. Stir milk powder with rose water, cardamom and ground cloves. Add to the milk with the sugar. Sauté almonds and pistachios in melted ghee. Add to the milk and make another five min, stirring constantly. Pour the quantity on the spot into a greased shallow mold. Put in the refrigerator for at least three hours until the quantity is firm. Cut into rectangles or possibly rhombuses.
