For marinated asparagus tips with cottage cheese and frisée, first peel asparagus, cut off ends approx. 3 cm. Cut asparagus diagonally into pieces about finger-thick and sauté in a heated pan with a little olive oil, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, let cool and marinate with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest for about 15 minutes.
Wash frisée, remove unsightly leaves and pluck the rest into bite-sized pieces.
Coarsely chop hazelnuts and fold into asparagus with frisée. Divide among plates, sprinkle Cottage Cheese on top and serve the marinated asparagus tips with Cottage Cheese and frisée garnished with fresh herbs.
