Preparation (circa 15 min o. marinate):

Rinse shrimp with cold water, rub dry with paper towels and cut in half lengthwise with a sharp kitchen knife.

Peel the garlic cloves, crush them with a little salt and mix them with the olive oil. Soak the shrimp in it for a few hours, preferably overnight.

For the sauce, stir the mango chutney with curry powder and green peppercorns and set aside. Remove the shrimp from the oil marinade and drain lightly on paper towels. Quickly grill on the broiler for a few min at high temperature on both sides. Serve the shrimp with the curry mango sauce. Serve with freshly baked herb butter baguette.
