For the Mediterranean Chicken Skillet, place the chicken pieces in a large pan with a lid and pour in soup so that the chicken pieces are covered.
Bring to a boil, put the lid on and wait until all the soup has evaporated. Then drizzle with a little oil and fry until hot.
Dice the onions, add them and fry them. Cut cherry tomatoes in half, pit olives and chop them too. Add everything and toss over low heat.
Season with thyme and oregano. Add salt and pepper if needed.
