Sift the plain flour onto the cake board. Add the squeezed, cut fat, salt, sauerkraut, pepper and caraway and prepare the dough well. Now roll out the dough 5 mm thick and cut out cookies or rectangles. Bake on a greased baking sheet until golden brown.
