Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Heat half the butter in a frying pan, add the peeled and chopped onion and cook until translucent. season with pepper and pour the wine. On a high flame boil the wine completely. Next, add the long grain rice and heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring, gradually add the clear soup and cook the long grain rice until tender in 20-25 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the stove, stir in the remaining butter and Parmesan and serve on the spot.
Instead of 1/2 onion you can also use the analogous mass of a finely chopped leek stalk. As for the mass of wine, it is also not necessary to take it in such detail.
Only with the Parmesan cheese you should not fall for it, for example, to take the pre-grated, which you can buy in some grocery stores in small plastic bags or cans. It does not melt very well and is therefore not suitable for this dish.
So: fresh Parmesan and grate the same.
