Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!
Cook spaghetti in boiling hot salted water until al dente.
Cut cleaned spring onions into fine rings. Halve tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into fine cubes. Heat oil in a saucepan, sauté onion rings and tomato cubes for approx. 3 min. on 2 or possibly on automatic heat 4 to 5.
Drain the spaghetti well in a sieve, mix with the vegetables and arrange on 4 plates. Place a large spoonful of crème fraîche on each unit and spread the caviar evenly on top. Garnish with dill greens.
