For the turkey vegetable curry, cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and slice. Cut the pointed peppers into strips. Fry the turkey in a little oil and keep warm.
Sauté the vegetables in the drippings, add soy sauce and a little water. Add curry powder to taste, bring to the boil once.
Add the meat and any juices to the vegetables and cook with the lid on. Melt the cheese in the hot juice and season to taste with pungent, salt and pepper.
