Try this delicious pasta dish:
Preheat kitchen stove to 250 °C.
Slice pide diagonally into 2 pieces and bake for 5 min.
Rinse tomatoes, cut into slices and spread evenly on pide. Drizzle olive oil over top, season with salt and pepper.
Rinse parsley and chop coarsely. Cut the stem of the bell pepper into small pieces, remove the seeds, rinse the bell pepper and cut it into fine rings. Spread evenly with the parsley on the tomatoes.
Peel the sausage and cut into thin slices, place on top of the pide. Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle over pide pizzas.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
