Clean and rinse the mussels properly. Put them in cold water for about 4 hours to clean them. Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic and chives in it without coloring. Add the cleaned, dried mussels, chili and white wine, bring to a boil once, cover with a lid and cook until tender, about 5-7 min.
Season with salt and pepper, finish with butter.
Garlic prawns: Heat the olive oil, gently sauté the crab tails in the hot olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Just before the crab tails are done, add the chopped coriander herb.
Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
