Instructions:

For the potato and vegetable stew, defrost frozen vegetables. Chop onion into small pieces. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.

Sauté onion pieces in olive oil until translucent. Add potato cubes, pour in soy milk and add spices.

Simmer for 10 minutes. In between add noodles, cabbage sprouts and corn according to the cooking time.

Season the potato and vegetable stew with salt and serve sprinkled with parsley.
