Prepare: Rinse apples, peel, quarter, core, finely dice and weigh out 900 g. Peel the oranges, remove the white skin at the same time, remove the fruit fillets, cut into small pieces and weigh out 400 g. Cut raw marzipan into very small cubes.

Prepare: Mix fruit, marzipan and bitter almond flavoring well in a saucepan with jelling sugar. Bring everything to the boil while stirring at a high temperature, boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring constantly and remove from the heat. Fill jam on the spot to the brim into prepared jars. Seal with twist-off lids, turn to the other side and leave on the lid for about 5 min.

I blended all the ingredients and left to infuse for one night.
