For the black and white cookies, make a shortbread using the top 5 ingredients. Divide the mixture in half, color one part with cocoa and let both parts rest overnight in the refrigerator.
Either you need 2 cookie cutters in different sizes or a cookie cutter with a 2nd mold inside.
Combine one dark outer mold with one light inner mold and vice versa.
Bake the black and white cookies in the oven at 210 °C until golden brown.
