A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Knead dough Make knead dough from the ingredients listed. If it sticks, let it cool for a while.

Roll out 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of a cake springform pan (28 cm), prick a few times with a fork. Bake with cake ring.

Electricity: 200-220 §C (preheated) Gas: level 3-4 (preheated) Baking time: 15-20 min.

Cool the base a little bit. Form the +remaining dough into a roll, place it as a rim on the pre-baked base, press to the forma so that a rim about 4 cm high.

Cheese mixture Beat the butter with a whisk until smooth. Gradually add the sugar, egg yolks and lemon zest.

At the beginning, stir in curd and whipped cream, then cornstarch. Whip egg whites until stiff and stir in. Fill the cheese mixture into the cake springform pan and smooth it down.
