For the bacon and cheese buns with cream sauce, you must first prepare the dough: Boil the potatoes and let them steam a little. Then peel them and press them into a bowl while they are still hot.

Salt the potatoes, add flour, semolina and egg and knead everything together quickly.

For the filling: dice the pickles, bacon and cheese and mix with sour cream.

Now roll out the dough, spread with the filling, roll up and divide into pieces about 3 cm wide. Place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, brush with egg and bake at 180 °C for about 45 minutes.

In the meantime, you can prepare the sauce. For this: mix sour cream with mustard and season with dill, chives and salt. Finally, fold in the diced cucumbers.

Remove the bacon and cheese snails from the oven, arrange on plates with cream sauce and enjoy warm.
