Instructions:

For the liver dumpling soup, first make the beef broth. To do this, wash the meat and bones. Peel and coarsely chop the greens, put them in a pot and bring to a boil. Add peppercorns, salt and meat to the boiling water and let the soup simmer for about 2 – 3 hours.

Then strain the soup and set aside.

For the liver dumplings, mince the liver, chop the onion into small cubes and fry. Soak the rolls in warm water and squeeze well.

Mix all ingredients well. Put the mixture in a cool place for 30 minutes. Form dumplings and simmer in beef broth for about 15 minutes. Arrange the liver dumpling soup and serve.
