Instructions:

For the spaetzle, mix the flour with finely ground almonds. Add eggs, milk, whipping cream and spices and beat everything together until it bubbles.

In a wide saucepan, bring water to a boil, reduce with spaetzle slicer, not too much at a time. Simmer gently for 1-2 minutes, lift out of water and immediately toss in brown butter.
