For the bean mush, let the flour get very hot while stirring constantly, in the meantime heat 1/2 l salt water and 4 tablespoons lard (water should boil).

Then slowly mix the hot salt water into the hot flour, at the end stir in the hot oil or lard. At the end add kidney beans and stir constantly.
