Instructions:

Cream the butter, gradually fold in the sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks, finally add the nuts, chocolate and baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake at 180 °C for about 45 minutes.

Let the cake cool and cut the top layer (about 3/4 cm) into small pieces and crumble.

Cover the bottom with banana slices.

Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener to a cream and spread over the bananas in a mound shape.

Mix the cake crumbs with chocolate shavings, sprinkle over the cake and press lightly until smooth.

The finished cake has the shape of a molehill.
