Mix the dry ingredients, add the butter in flakes and the hot water. Melt the yeast in a little lukewarm water. Mix it with the other ingredients as soon as it starts to work. Let the dough rise for a few hours, then knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes. Divide the dough and shape into roundish loaves, not too big, and let rise a little. Place the loaves on a baking sheet and rise another time for about an hour. Then place in a very hot oven (230 °C ) and bake for 45 min.
