A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Mix the baking powder, flour, cornstarch and sift into a wide.
Whip the powdered sugar and eggs until creamy, add the vanilla pulp, egg liqueur and oil and gradually mix in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon or dough scraper. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in the heated oven at E-170 °C, gas 2-3, for 50 to 60 minutes on the lowest rack.
Test with a toothpick. Leave the cake to rest in the pan for about 10 minutes. Only then turn it out.
Cover with cooking chocolate.
