1) Bake the rolls. Fry pine nuts in a frying pan, cool. Peel avocado, cut into wedges, drizzle with juice of one lemon. Cut basil, except for a little bit for garnish, into strips.
2) Cut rolls in half, spread both sides with salad cream. Sprinkle basil over bottom half, top with avocado and ham, grind pepper over top. Top with remaining salad cream, sprinkle with pine nuts, cover with top half of bun. Sprinkle with basil.
Tip: It’s best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
