For the chard tofu strudel, first prepare the strudel dough: To do this, combine all ingredients into a dough and knead until silky smooth. Brush the dough ball with oil and let it rest, covered, for at least 1/2 hour.
For the filling, season the diced tofu heavily with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cumin. Heat olive oil in a skillet and toast the diced tofu well. Allow to cool.
Spread the strudel dough on a floured cloth, brush with sesame oil and cover evenly with the chard leaves (leave the edge of the dough free).
Spread the roasted tofu on top, roll up the strudel with the help of the cloth and place on a prepared baking tray, brush with sesame oil and bake the chard tofu strudel in the preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 30 minutes.
