Instructions:

1. soak bread rolls. Peel and rinse the carrots and cut into slices. Steam in a good eighth of a liter of salted water with the lid closed for 8-10 min until soft.

2. knead together minced meat, squeezed out bread, egg and fried onions, season. Form 6-8 meat loafs from the minced mixture. Heat oil. Fry the meat loafs for 6-7 minutes on each side. 3.

Drain carrots, collect vegetable water. Heat fat. Sauté flour in it. Extinguish with vegetable water and milk while stirring. Simmer on low heat for approx. 5 min. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Bring 3/4 liters of water to a boil and pour into a suitable bowl. Mix in puree and stir repeatedly after in about 1 minute.

5. heat carrots in the sauce. Rinse parsley, chop and fold in. Arrange everything. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes if desired.
