For the Easter egg cookies, cream butter, sugar, vanilla pulp, salt together with eggs in a food processor until fluffy.
Mix pudding powder with milk until smooth and stir into the mixture. Sift flour with baking powder and add to the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 190 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Moisten two teaspoons to form small oval eggs from the dough.
Place about twelve of them on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Mix powdered sugar with water until smooth, color a quarter of it with the food coloring.
Cover the cooled cookies first with white icing, then place the yellow mixture on top in yolk form. Let set and serve the Easter egg cookies for Easter.
