Separate the eggs and soak the breadcrumbs with rum. Beat the egg whites to snow. Mix the snow with sugar, almonds, chocolate, soaked breadcrumbs and beaten egg yolks to a compact mass. Line a baking tray with baking paper or grease well and dust with flour. Using two spoons, place small heaps on top and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 150 minutes. Allow to cool and place in small paper sleeves.
