Noodle dishes are always a good idea!

Prepare a marinade from the oil, soy sauce and spices. Rub the meat with it and marinate 1 hour before roasting.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Put some oil in a roasting pan and put the meat with the roughly chopped onion in the oven (middle shelf). After about 10 minutes, add the mushrooms (whole heads, provided that they are not too big) to the legs. Gradually pour the soup cubes to the meat.

Braise for a total of 40-45 min. Then arrange the meat on a heated plate and add the sour cream or crème fraiche or crème fraîche together with the mustard to the roast stock.

Done. This goes very well with spareribs or possibly ribbon noodles and a fresh green salad.
