Soak dried peas in cold water for 12 hours, strain.
Cut bacon into cubes, clean and chop vegetables, peel and chop onion.
Sauté all together in hot oil, add strained peas, add bay leaf spice, pour in water and cook until soft.
Add fresh peas, cook for another 2 minutes, remove bay leaf seasoning and strain.
Refine with cream and butter, season.
