Drain sauerkraut well and cut into very small pieces. Peel carrots, rinse zucchini. Grate both into a sufficiently large bowl. Finely chop chervil, finely roll parsley, peel and dice shallots.
Mix the grated chervil, shallots, vegetables and chives with the sauerkraut.
Mix curd cheese with salt, juice of one lemon, sugar and pepper until smooth. Mix into the sauerkraut and leave to cool.
Use a tablespoon to make dumplings and serve as an entrée with white bread or toasted toast.
Tip:
Especially raw sauerkraut has a positive effect on the intestinal flora.
Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
