Instructions:

For warm slaw, slice or chop cabbage into thin strips. Steam with dissolved bouillon cube, caraway seeds and vinegar until soft. Marinate with salt, pepper and sunflower oil and serve the slaw while still warm.

Warm coleslaw goes well with hearty dishes like roast pork or pork knuckle!
