Bring the milk, cocoa and sugar (1) to the boil and add the coffee. Cool.
Mix well the mascarpone with Philadelphia. Add Amaretto if desired. Add sugar (2) and vanilla sugar and fold in a few spoonfuls of whipped cream.
Spread the bottom of a mold with biscuits and soak with the milk-coffee mixture. Place a layer of cream on top. Then another layer of sponge cake, cream…. The top layer should be cream. Sprinkle the cocoa powder on top.
The then give covered, preferably for one night, in the refrigerator.
