For the tarte flambée with goat cheese and figs, first prepare the dough. Knead all the ingredients together.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
While the dough is resting, prepare the topping. Cut the figs into thin wedges. Stir through the goat’s cream cheese.
Roll out the dough paper-thin, place on the baking sheet and spread with the goat cheese. Spread the figs on top. Drizzle with honey.
Bake the tarte flambée with goat cheese and figs for about 15 minutes.
