A cake recipe for all foodies:

Pile the flour on the surface, press a bulge in the middle, add there the salt form, the oil and finally the water.

Mix the water with the flour with a fork and knead into a soft dough. (Works just as well with a food processor).

Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll each out very thinly.

Spread the dough with crem fraiche, spread the onions evenly on the dough and sprinkle the bacon in between. (If necessary, you can also press a little garlic on it).

Bake in a hot oven (220-250 C) for 5-10 minutes until the bottom is crispy and the topping is bubbling.
