For the chard curd dumplings, wash the chard, pour boiling water over it and let it steep briefly. Then rinse with cold water and squeeze very well.
Chop and mix well with the curd, flour and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Form dumplings with a tablespoon and let them stand in lightly boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
For the sauce, heat whipping cream in a saucepan and melt Gorgonzola in it. Stir well! Serve the chard curd dumplings with sauce and grated Parmesan.
