For the summer vegetable pan, chop onion into small cubes. Chop vegetables, fry onion, fry peppers and zucchini as well.

Peel tomatoes, cut into small pieces and add. Season with salt, basil and oregano and sauté for about 10 – 15 minutes until soft. Cut ham into small pieces and add.

Beat the eggs, stir them in and let them fry for a short time. Add cheese and let it melt. Arrange the summer vegetable pan and serve.
