The bacon is cut into cubes and fried. Sauté the onion in this fat until translucent and add the ham cut into small pieces. Fry everything together and add the chopped peppers. Wash and add 100 g of long grain rice. Add twice as much water. Season with a little salt and ground pepper. Chop the parsley, chop the garlic and add it to the rice together with the spices. Cut a lid from the tomatoes, take out the inside and fill them with this rice filling. Put the tomatoes in a greased ovenproof dish, put the cut-off lids back on the tomatoes, put butter flakes on each one and bake them in the oven.
