Instructions:

Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 25 minutes and cut off a little. Heat oil in a wok, fry garlic and coriander in it, add pork and crab meat and fry for about 2 minutes more. Then fry the vegetables for 1 minute, season. At the end, mix in the glass noodles and fry again briefly. After cooling, place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each spring roll dough, roll up tightly and seal with egg white. Bake the spring rolls in hot fat (170 °C) for approx. 3 minutes and drain on a paper towel.
