For the spiral sausages, put one sausage after the other on a long wooden or metal skewer. Now hold the top handle and start from the bottom, cutting along with the knife as you would a spiral. Cut all the way through to the skewer and as regularly as possible.

Once you have reached the top, remove the skewer from the sausage and fry the spiral sausages in a little oil or on the grill.
