A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Knead together the contents of a bag of pizza dough with an eighth of a liter of lukewarm water and basiliko oil. Roll out a sheet of dough about 5 mm thick, 24 x 20 cm. Cut 16 rectangles (Printen) of 10 x 3 cm from the dough sheet and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 220 °C (fan oven 200 °C, gas mark 4-5).
Mix the egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of water and brush the pastry sheets with it. Sprinkle alternately paprika, spices, kitchen herbs, poppy seeds, cheese and sesame seeds.
Let the pastries rest for about 15 minutes. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven, middle shelf, and bake for approx. 8 min.
