Instructions:

Clean and rinse vegetables. Score tomatoes crosswise, blanch (scald), rinse when cooled, skin and remove seeds.

Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Cut celery, zucchini, carrots and peppers into small cubes as well. Halve the leek, cut into rings and chop finely. Finely chop onion and garlic. Halve, seed and finely chop chili pepper (use rubber gloves).

Add vegetables and a little clear soup to a saucepan and stir-fry. Fold in paradeis pulp, pour in remaining clear soup and do about 15 minutes over medium heat. Drain the hominy in a sieve and add.

Our tip: Use high quality red wine for an extra fine taste!
